Dining in a museum is a truly unique experience — a beautiful setting where attentive staff provide exceptional service, and every dish surpasses expectations. This is the best restaurant I’ve dined at in Jakarta — offering an unforgettable experience at surprisingly reasonable prices.

Fall in love with this amazing coffee lounge and restaurant. The foods and coffees are amazing to my taste buds and are presented with eye pleasing plating. Try the Bihun Kerapu Kari Koh Ashiong and Nasi Rantang. Staffs are great in service, product knowledge and very friendly especially Mas Nauval from Jajaghu Restaurant and Mas Ibnu from Babah Kofie. A place where I am very much sinked in with the ambiance and feel like travelling back to the past to my granma’s house. Great job for Tugu Group.

My husband and I had dinner here and we loved our experience. The ambience was cozy, made us stayed for a while even after our meal was done. The food was great, the various spices nade each food has a unique taste. We ordered the Nasi Tumpeng and it was a great choice. It came with duck and beef cooked in green chilli sauce, prawn satay, urap, sayur lodeh, 2 types of sambal and rempeyek (peanut crackers). My husband ordered coffee after the meal, which was Kopi Tjap Harimau, made in a traditional way where the coffee powder excess aren't filtered. The caffeine is subtle but definitely there. As a coffee lover, my husband enjoyed his coffee. We were also served by mas Naufal who was very polite and helpful. He gave us a small private tour of Tugu's fantastic collection. Definitely will come back.

The restaurant was recommended by friend who works in Jakarta. So I decided to give it a try for my dinner on my second day of this trip. The environment is awesome and delicate. So as the food! I ordered the House Claypot Chicken rice, the sashimi and the tuna tartare. Everything is good especially the chicken rice. My dining ended up with a desert of Brûlée. So satisfied. And the service is wonderful. Noval served me tonight and kept checking if everything is great with me and chatted with me for some introduction of the dishes. His smile was so sweet, making me feel warm and welcomed.

We ate at Kaum the night prior, apparently among the top 5 restaurants in Jakarta. It was good but Jajaghu is vastly superior! The quality and flavours at Jajaghu are exceptional, the setting is an experience in itself. A visual treat, so much to take in. Five stars for atmosphere is an inadequate rating, it deserves more. The service - impeccable. Unquestionably our best meal in Jakarta! Highly recommend.

Fine Dining and Museum restaurant combined! What can I say, I always enjoy Tugu Group Hotels and Restaurants. Needless to say when the House of Tugu opened in Kota Tua, I am thrilled. I love the food varieties in the menu, you can also order from Babah Koffie which is nice. The service is excellent. Although one dish took very long, the staff were apologetic and correct it straight away. I will come back to try their coffee.
